Shall We Coffee started as a small kiosk with one big idea: do specialty coffee properly, and treat every guest like they're meant to be here.

We pull our espresso slow, weigh every shot, brew syphon and pour over for the curious, and bake fresh every morning. The result? A 4.2-star kiosk that feels less like a coffee shop and more like your neighbourhood.
